* fix: handle data URIs and unknown Content-Range totals

Route any data: input to fromDataUri so charset+base64 URIs are not sent
to got (Unsupported protocol). When Content-Range total is *, fall through
instead of returning NaN.

* test: replace brittle external fixtures with a local server

CDN and mirror size assertions drifted and broke CI. Drive fromUrl /
fromResponse coverage with a local HTTP server and in-process bodies so
the suite stays deterministic.

1.0.15 accepts charset+base64 in test(); this package
routed those URIs to got and threw.
