docs: Record what content ordering does not buy

The order is still one particular order, and its key ends in the amplitude,
which carries the tensors' own names.  Renaming the tensors of a problem
reorders the vertices and can land the greedy search somewhere else: eight
consistent renamings of one isomorphic problem give two distinct costs on
this branch, and three on master.  Worth stating next to what the ordering
does buy, so the claim is not read as more than it is.
