docs: reconcile structure and CI descriptions with current state

The documentation drifted from the repository it describes: the core
module inventories in README.md, CLAUDE.md, docs/architecture.md, and
copilot-instructions.md omitted roughly half of the dal-cpp/dal/ domain
directories, and the CI sections still described the pre-#292
always-full matrix and multi-leg coverage. Bring every structure and CI
claim back in line with the current tree and workflows, and mark the
shipped dal-web extraction spec/plan as implemented history.

- Complete the dal-cpp/dal/ domain lists (time, protocol, currency,
  indice, risk, storage, platform, io, string, utilities, auto), add the
  dal/benchmarks harness header and test-support/ to the architecture
  maps, and widen the examples summary to the actual example set
- Correct CI prose: pull requests run the full compiler x AAD-backend
  matrix, pushes run the lean gcc-14/clang-20 subset, coverage lives on
  the single gcc-14/aadet leg, and the documentation-integrity job is
  listed among the separate Linux jobs
- Add curvepricing.hpp to the dal-public surface table, tests/ to the
  dal-excel layout, test-support/ to the dal-cpp layout, and rate
  cashflow pricing plus the missing top-level entries to
  dal-python/README.md
- Mark the merged dal-web extraction design/plan as implemented history
- Bump AGENTS.md last-updated date
