test: replace preggy with native assertions

Replace Preggy expectations across the unit test suite with native
Python assertions, pytest.raises, and unittest.mock checks. This gives
pytest direct visibility into compared expressions and removes the need
for a separate assertion DSL.

Convert the Preggy custom matchers in tests/base.py into explicit
assertion helpers while preserving the existing image similarity
threshold and the format, resize, crop, and filesystem checks.

Remove Preggy from the tests dependency extra and regenerate uv.lock,
also dropping its unused Unidecode dependency. Update eligible test
fixture URLs to HTTPS and annotate the intentionally insecure HTTP cases
for static analysis.

This changes test code and development dependencies only; production
behavior remains unchanged.
