ci(coverage): include FUSE integration tests in Coveralls report

The coverage job ran without -tags integration, so the FUSE integration
tests were never compiled during coverage generation and 7 functions
they exercise (fuseMkdir, fuseCreate, Root.Mkdir/Rename/Create, ...)
were reported at 0.0%. Add the FUSE setup step (same as the
test-integration job) and compile with -tags integration so Coveralls
reflects the coverage the integration suite already produces.

Verified locally: total 83.9% -> 84.5%; fuseMkdir/fuseCreate 0% -> 80%,
Root.Mkdir/Rename/Create 0% -> 100% (real FUSE mount).
