fix: Restore the hash-seed part of the determinism fix

The previous commit only carried the sort of the libparenth memoir.  The
change to `_optimize_prod`, which stops the dimension-to-factor map being
built in the order a set iterates, was lost moving the work onto a branch
off master, and the commit message described both.

Without it the hash-seed dependence is still there: eight
`PYTHONHASHSEED` values gave eight different evaluation sequences for the
CCSD energy equation.  With both in place they give one.
