deps: Refresh the pinned drudge revision (#30)

The lock file pinned drudge at d6e34ab, version 0.11.0, even though the
dependency is declared against drudge master.  Every canonicalization fix
that went into libcanon since then was therefore invisible to the test
suite here.

Move the pin to 93098b4, drudge 0.11.3, which is the first release
carrying libcanon 0.1.3.  So it picks up the chain-rebuild guard as well
as the three wrong-answer canonicalization fixes.

Test suite passes on the refreshed pin: 30 passed, 2 xfailed, matching
what the contributor instructions record as the expected result.
