docs: add an end-to-end ad-blocking recipe using the converter script

Ties the connection:{accept:false} mechanism already documented on
this page to tools/adblock_to_mitmania.py: generate-then-inspect,
push to the live control socket, verify via curl/access-log, and keep
the blocklist fresh with a periodic re-run. Also notes the converter's
current lack of a per-hostname exception mechanism, since generated
rules always sit ahead of hand-written ones.
