fix(forms): overhaul validation lifecycle of the form-associated mixins (#2329)

- Keep setCustomValidity('') from swallowing the next failed submission
- Submit on Enter through form.requestSubmit() for native-like feedback
- Preserve pristine/touched state when a control is moved in the DOM
- Report the required validator's message when valueMissing is set
- Clear developer-set invalid state on form reset
- Restore defaults through the public value/checked setters so component
  clamping applies and the correct reactive property is recorded
- Ignore the value attribute as a file-input default and keep removed
  checked attributes from re-checking radios on reset
- Reset the date picker's inner editor validation state on form reset
- Deduplicate the required mixins and drop dead/redundant code
