feat: initialize char[N] from strings as character codes

C 6.7.9: a string initializes a character array as a list of codes,
including the terminating nul (truncated if the array is shorter).
Place those bytes through the aggregate init sink so nested rows,
struct members, and automatic objects get codes, not a reloc.
