Fix simplecov parser failing on float timestamps (#191)

Prior to SimpleCov v1.1.0, `SimpleCov::Result#to_hash` wrote
`"timestamp" => created_at.to_i` (an integer Unix timestamp). Commit
234a1994 ("Identify workers in current parallel runs") changed this to
`created_at.to_f`, released in v1.1.0, so `.resultset.json` now
contains a float timestamp (e.g. 1786446862.1011105) instead of an
integer.

The `Report#timestamp` property was typed as `Int64?`, causing
`JSON::SerializableError` when parsing reports produced by simplecov
v1.1.0+.

Change the type to `Int64 | Float64 | Nil`, matching the union style
used elsewhere in this file (e.g. `branches : Hash(...) | Nil`), so it
accepts both the old integer and new float format.
