test(prefetch-discovery): declare module resolutions per case

Each case now passes only the resolutions its own imports need, so the mapping
that decides how an import is classified sits beside the assertion rather than
in one shared table.

The stand-in resolve throws on an unlisted specifier instead of returning
nothing, so a case asserting that no attachment happens cannot pass by failing
to resolve at all.
