feat: dynamic visibility extension and higher histogram buckets (#161)

* feat: dynamic visibility extension and higher histogram buckets

Extend SQS message visibility dynamically before Godot rendering to
eliminate redeliveries during active processing. The timeout is
calculated from the Godot render formula (15s + 10s × entity_count)
plus a 120s buffer. Failures are caught per-message so processing
continues even if extension fails.

Add 1800s and 3600s histogram buckets to both E2E latency metrics
so actual latency beyond the previous 1200s cap is observable.
