Simplify ``Worker_jobs`` queue with no sentinel

Removed the sentinel-based queue iteration pattern in ``Worker_jobs``. The queue now uses a straightforward while-loop with `queue.Empty` exception to drain jobs, eliminating the need for a sentinel value and the double-iteration workaround.
