React-scheduling cleanups (#10100)

* [React-Scheduling] Update "Basic" calendar story

This was added as a quick placeholder, let's show a slightly more
comprehensive example with an Appointment and some Slot resources on
display.

* [React-Scheduling] Avoid double-event emitting on double click

In the original implementation, we would invoke both
`props.onSelectAppointment` and `props.onDoubleClickAppointment`. This
worked for the particular use case in Provider, but is not a good global
practice.

Let's avoid invoking the `onSelectAppointment` callback when a
double-click happens.

* Update Build+Deploy steps for react-scheduling package

- The `build` workflow should detect changes to `react-scheduling` and
  prepare previews of the Provider app

- The `cicd-deploy.sh` script should deploy App + Storybook when
  react-hooks change. This was a regression in #10076; I had spotted
  that the test for `packages/react` would match
  `packages/react-scheduling`, and didn't intend that, but I
  inadvertently made it stop matching `packages/react-hooks`.

  We now have an explicit chunk matching `react-hooks` to restore this
  behavior.
