* MPDF Writer: make the mPDF temporary directory configurable

Forward the "tempDir" PDF renderer option (Settings::setPdfRendererOptions)
to the Mpdf constructor, defaulting to the system temporary directory.
Without this, mPDF falls back to its own package directory
(vendor/mpdf/mpdf/tmp), which is read-only on immutable/production
filesystems such as Platform.sh, and PDF generation fails.

This mirrors PhpSpreadsheet, which always passes a tempDir below the
system temporary directory to Mpdf.
