feat(mp4): name the esds vocabulary and add StreamType accessors

DecoderConfigDescriptor.StreamType holds the packed byte from
ISO/IEC 14496-1 (6-bit streamType, upStream flag, reserved bit), so
callers had to know the bit layout to read the stream type, and the
common streamType and objectTypeIndication values only existed as
magic numbers (CreateESDescriptor hardcoded 0x40 and 0x15 itself).

Add StreamTypeValue and UpStream accessors (the raw field is unchanged
for round-trip compatibility) plus named constants for the Table 6
stream types and the common MP4RA object type indications, and use them
in CreateESDescriptor. The encoded bytes are identical; the old comment
on the 0x15 literal mislabeled the reserved bit as the upStream flag,
which the named expression now spells out correctly.
