Update the contents of docs to better reflect JavaScript changes (#2933)

This PR primarily updates the documentation website in various ways to both improve icon usage and remove now unused JavaScript references. Also included are various documentation fixes, improvements and type error fixes.

**Additional changes**

- Added a link back to parent packages from sub modules. 
- Updated icons in the documentation to use the [Phosphor Icons](https://phosphoricons.com/) library.
- Added the sponsor link to the documentations main navigation.
- Fixed missing import for drawer custom element registration in docs.
- Removed drawer starter template since it requires a lot more opinionated styling than a typical starter.
- Cleaned up modal starter template.
