feat(space): declare primaryLink PR-event interest on coding/research/fullstack coder slots (#2443)

Add a `topicFrom` eventInterest (resolved from the run's primary link) to the
implementer agent slots of CODING_WORKFLOW, RESEARCH_WORKFLOW, and
CODING_WITH_QA_WORKFLOW so the coder/researcher receives its own run's PR
events directly — pure pub/sub, no smart routing or emitter-binding.

Propagate to already-seeded spaces: add per-agent eventInterests to the
workflow fingerprint (so adding the interest is detected as drift) and extend
mergeNodeStructuralFieldsFromTemplate to copy a slot's eventInterests from the
template (structural, like toolGuards; slots the template leaves undefined are
preserved). The interest stays inert at registration until topicFrom
resolution is wired in (PR 2).
