fix(mp4): report large mdat header size for large lazy payloads

Fragment.Encode calls SetTrunDataOffsets before any child encodes,
computing the first trun data offset from Moof.Size() + Mdat.HeaderSize().
HeaderSize only looked at the LargeSize flag, which Size() flips lazily,
so fragments with more than 4 GiB of lazy mdat payload got trun data
offsets 8 bytes short. Make HeaderSize apply the same rule as Size
without mutating the flag.
