Automerge Renovate updates once CI passes (#387)

The shared @philihp preset asks for automerge, but with option names
(updateTypes, depTypeList) that predate current Renovate, so spell the
intent out explicitly in the repo config.

- automerge via GitHub's own auto-merge (platformAutomerge) with a squash
  strategy, falling back to Renovate's merge when the platform can't.
- ignoreTests stays false, so nothing merges on a red or pending matrix.
- automergeSchedule is "at any time" so a PR that goes green mid-week
  isn't held until the preset's weekend window comes back around.
- minimumReleaseAge of 3 days with a strict internal checks filter, so a
  freshly published version isn't merged the minute it lands.
- Majors that reach consumers (runtime deps, peer deps, the engines
  floor) and Node majors stay manual; dev tooling merges itself.
