Fix read/write-only field config precedence.

Explicit `read_only`/`write_only` in `field_config` now wins over
framework defaults: primary key, readonly attributes, the
read/write-only lists, and the method-field default. This fixes a
write_only method field being forced read_only, which left it neither
serialized nor writable. Move the conflict warnings to run after all
properties resolve.
