docs: introduce interactive examples page and refresh visual branding

This commit adds a new `/examples` page, showcasing the Execution Engine's capabilities with live, interactive visualizations.

- A new `FlowExample` component displays code side-by-side with its output, including dynamically generated SVG graphs for engine traces.
- Example data is structured (`exampleFlows.ts`) and styled (`graph.css`) for consistent presentation.
- The site's overall visual branding is refreshed:
    - The brand color palette shifts from violet to indigo.
    - The hero section on the home page features a new abstract graph SVG that adapts to light/dark themes.
    - Minor layout and padding adjustments are made across various components for improved rhythm and alignment.
- Static trace JSON files are committed to the repository to support documentation examples and external graph viewer links.
- The `examples/README.md` is updated to reflect the new documentation structure and highlight featured examples.
