fix(cellgrid): keep ring offset on delta==0 after scroll

cg_begin reset G->off on delta==0, misaligning cur vs back after a
scroll frame -> spurious full redraw with style jumps (DIM leaked onto
keyword cells). Also make editor DIFF_STYLE entries full-state
(reset+set): SGR codes are cumulative, a bare [2m + color leaks DIM.

Tests: begin_scroll_then_same_top (C), testDeltaZeroAfterScroll (cg),
testScrollThenIdleFrame + testFullStateReset (editor).
