fix(goreleaser): write the homebrew cask to Casks/ instead of Formula/

`directory: Formula` was carried over from the old `brews:` config.
Homebrew parses Formula/ entries as formulae, which broke
`brew install mvisonneau/tap/gitlab-ci-pipelines-exporter` as of
v0.6.0. Dropping the key uses the `homebrew_casks` default of Casks/.
