bump graphql-http to 1.23.0

graphql-http 1.23.0 (2026-08-07) widens its graphql peer range to
`>=0.11 <=17`, closing graphql/graphql-http#155. gql already resolved to
it via `^1.22.4`, but raising the floor guarantees no consumer lands on
1.22.4 and sees the spurious peer-dependency warning.

No source changes were needed — graphql-http's v17 support was purely a
manifest change.

Also drops a stale `npm:graphql@16.12.0` entry from deno.lock that no
longer had a referrer; the lockfile now resolves a single graphql 17.0.2.

Verified: fmt, lint, type-check (lib + tests + examples), 39 test steps
at 100% coverage, 61/61 graphql-http spec audits.
