ACCTZ-7.1: gNSI.acctz.v1 (Accounting) Test Accounting Authentication Failure - Multi-transaction (#5476)

* ACCTZ-7.1 new test case

* remove get from getInvalidCredentialSets function name

* fix as per Gemini suggestion (buffered channel, inside the loop, local variables, no data race on outer err)

* ACCTZ-7.1: Enhance record collection debugging

Add delays between attempts, increase timeout to 30s, track skip reasons with
counters and user identity in logs, and provide collection summary stats and
per-record details for troubleshooting platform-specific behavior.

* Converted network field validation from platform-dependent logging to hard errors: local_address, local_port, remote_address, and remote_port now fail the test if missing or mismatched, enforcing README requirements.

* acctz: ACCTZ-7.1: refactor record verification into helper functions

Extract inline verification loop into three helper functions:
verifySessionAuthn (session status, authn type/status/cause, user identity, and timestamp),
verifyNetworkFields (ip_proto, local/remote address and port, channel_id),
verifyServiceRequest (CmdService/GrpcService type and field constraints).

* updated iteration to index-based access so we avoid per-iteration struct copies

* clean up GrpcService validation noise in auth-fail multi test

* switch InvalidCredentialSets to []*invalidCredentials

* updating test registry
