readme: the capability matrix covers the generic client, and every row leads somewhere

The generic OpenAI-compatible client gets a column of its own. It used to be a
sentence underneath, which undersold it, but the mark cannot mean quite the same
thing there: it says what the library is able to send, while whether it works is
decided by the endpoint you point it at. That distinction is spelled out below
the table rather than left for the reader to discover.

Every row now links to the section that demonstrates the feature, which turned
the matrix into a table of contents. Two rows had nowhere to lead, so image
generation and the list of models finally got sections of their own: how to
generate a picture and edit it from references, why a generated image is the same
Media object a conversation takes, why the timeout needs raising for that work,
and how to ask a provider which models it still offers. The absence was easy to
miss precisely because the matrix promised both.

A minus replaced the dash and a check mark replaced the tick, which reads faster
across eleven rows. Also, the IDE tells you what a provider supports, not what a
model supports; the library deliberately keeps no table of model capabilities,
and the new section on models says so out loud.
