Remove dead Code Climate badge and refresh example copyright year

Code Climate rebranded to Qlty; the codeclimate.com badge/link now
redirects to a Qlty login page instead of rendering a badge, so drop
it from the README.

Also bring the Getting Started example's copyright year current
(2013-2026, matching its 2013 introduction commit) in both the
embedded README snippet and the real examples/example_basic.rb file,
and normalize the year list to the standard start-current range.
