make attribute setting more defensive

Fixflo are adding attributes to the returned objects so when we do
$self->$attr( ... ) when $attr doesn't exist on $self the code goes
BOOM. wrap these setters in a try/catch block to prevent newly added
attributes by Fixflo causing a fatal error and just carp the problem
instead

    - Fix setting attributes to be more defensive to catch new
      attributes that are not defined on objects
    - Add WorksAuthorisationLimit to Business::Fixflo::Issue
    - Add Created to Business::Fixflo::Issue
    - Add UpdateDate to Business::Fixflo::Issue
    - Add UpdateDate to Business::Fixflo::Agency
    - Add UpdateDate to Business::Fixflo::Landlord
    - Add Created to Business::Fixflo::Propery
    - Add UpdateDate to Business::Fixflo::Propery

update emulated testing to add some of these attributes. bump
VERSION and Changes for CPAN release
