Document lessons learned from #3291 in agents.md

- Clarify the fork-based contribution workflow: feature branches go
  on the contributor's fork, PRs target fluentassertions/fluentassertions.
- Note that docs/_pages/releases.md entries must link to the
  implementing PR, not the originating issue.
- Document the [StackTraceHidden] requirement on non-public helper
  methods in assertions classes, enforced by StackTraceHiddenSpecs.
- Note two build/tooling quirks specific to worktree checkouts:
  single-framework dotnet build filters and the spellcheck target.
