fix: make package version dynamic, read from richpool.__version__

[project].version was a static "0.1.0" that bumpver's file_patterns never
touched (it only updated [tool.bumpver].current_version and __init__.py's
__version__), so every build kept producing richpool-0.1.0.tar.gz regardless
of version bumps, causing PyPI uploads to fail with "File already exists".
