chore: raise PHPStan to level 8 (#42)

Level 8 checks calls and property reads against nullable types. Concordance
reported a single finding: registerCliCommands() resolved the WP-CLI command
off self::$container, declared ?ContainerInterface. PHPStan narrows the
property inside init(), where it is assigned, but not in a separate method.

Routed through the getContainer() accessor that already exists for exactly
this, which throws RuntimeException when the plugin was never initialised.
The three call sites inside init() itself needed no change.

No baseline entries added. phpstan, phpcs and 231 tests green.
