chore: drop the dead ignoreErrors from the PHPStan config (#48)

47 patterns across 14 plugins, every one of them a symbol-resolution
ignore that no longer matched: "Function get_plugin_data not found",
"Function dbDelta not found" and friends, from before wordpress-stubs was
wired in. The stubs resolve them now.

reconcile had the worst of it - all 23 of its entries were dead, silencing
core WordPress functions like add_action, esc_html and is_wp_error, so its
ignoreErrors key is gone entirely. unity and integrity lose theirs too.

Sentinel keeps SENTINEL_PLUGIN_DIR and SENTINEL_PLUGIN_URL, which come
from runtime calls, but loses SENTINEL_VERSION: that one is assigned from
a literal, so scanning the file does fold it. LifeLines loses a get_field
entry it should never have had - it has no ACF dependency.

Every matched pattern is untouched, including the ones documented as
deliberate: rabbit'"'"'s HasCapabilities contract surface, concordance'"'"'s
GroupListing false positive, lifelines'"'"' two by-reference closure false
positives, and the ACF entries in confur, trusted, scrutiny, amber and
tsml-for-unity.

Verified per plugin: composer phpstan green, and phpstan.neon.dist still
parses as YAML to an integer level so the README badge and its CI check
keep working.
