chore: raise PHPStan to level 7 (#62)

Five findings.

Three repositories read $post->ID straight off get_posts() output. That
is int|WP_Post because $args is caller-supplied and can carry
'"'"'fields'"'"' => '"'"'ids'"'"', so the int case is genuinely reachable. Narrowed with
is_object() rather than instanceof WP_Post: anything object-shaped
reaching that loop already carried an ID, and the narrowing must not
start rejecting it - the repositories'"'"' own tests stub get_posts with
plain stdClass, and instanceof silently routed those into the int branch.

TsmlMeetingFactory passed get_permalink() and get_post_status(), both
string|false, into a constructor wanting strings. Both now fall back to
an empty string when the post has gone away.
