chore: raise PHPStan to level 7 (#42)

Two findings, both from the log viewer treating json_encode()'s
string|false return as a string. Re-encoding can fail on input that
json_decode() accepted (malformed UTF-8, depth), so the guard now falls
back to the raw stored context rather than passing false to esc_attr()
and blanking the context panel.
