Name commitments in enforceability errors (#2413)

* Name commitments in enforceability errors

Follows up on Copilot's review of PR #2410:
the errors identified the offending commitment only by its index in the internal commitments list, which users never see.
Commitment.to_frame() now carries the name, so the errors can identify the commitment the way the user knows it.
