Use explicit claude-opus-5 / claude-sonnet-5 model IDs instead of
aliases so the security remediation workflow stays on the intended models.

* chore(ci): raise security fix agent max-turns

Phase 1 exhausted the 30-turn budget under Opus 5 before finishing
the remediation plan. Align limits closer to the bug-fix agent.
