fix(web,web-react): hide Avatar from AT, remove aria-label from div variant #DS-2677

Add aria-hidden="true" to the Avatar sub-component so its content is always
treated as decorative by assistive technology. Remove aria-label from the
elementType="div" variant in the Basic demo — ARIA 1.2 prohibits aria-label
on elements with role generic. Add axe accessibility tests for both the link
and div variants.
