Adds parseType()

The parser already exported a convenience function `parseValue()` which allows you to parse GraphQL value literals independently of parsing entire documents. This adds similar functionality for `parseType()` - which parses type references like `[Int!]`.

This also adds a few tests and slightly improved documentation.
