Exclude keyword-only parameters from the eager-coercion scan

Self-review finding on [#866](https://github.com/ponder-lab/Hybridize-Functions-Refactoring/pull/866): the position-to-value-slot mapping is proven for the positional block only, and a misaligned lookup could pin the wrong dtype. Keyword-only parameters skip the scan until their IR ordering is established.
