fix(optimizeContentfulUrl): apply image params to proxied asset URLs

Contentful assets reach the UI on the Kiva proxy host, so the host check
never matched and the function returned every URL untouched. Recognize the
proxied host, and warn instead of bailing out when a URL is unrecognized so
a future host change degrades loudly rather than silently.
