Run the test suite through the junit6 provider with Central's vintage engine (#862)

The [junit4 provider drops the method part of -Dtest](https://github.com/ponder-lab/Hybridize-Functions-Refactoring/issues/749), and the junit5vintage provider cannot assemble a coherent runtime against the 4.39 SimRel ([eclipse-tycho/tycho#6216](https://github.com/eclipse-tycho/tycho/issues/6216)): the JDT test bundles pin the 6.x jupiter/platform line while the SimRel's only vintage engine is 5.14.3. Completing the 6.x line instead: pull junit-vintage-engine 6.0.3 from Maven Central via a target Maven location, require it from the tests bundle so the booter's one-hop engine discovery can see it (Tycho ships no junit6 vintage fragment), and switch the provider hint to junit6.
