test(settings): fix recent-dirs limit test after MAX_RECENT_DIRS 5->10

Commit fb4f99e (feat(open-project): Increase recent projects limit from
5 to 10) raised MAX_RECENT_DIRS to 10 but left the acceptance test and
docstrings asserting the old limit of 5, so
test_history_maintains_maximum_of_five_entries fails on main.

Rewrite the test to be independent of the constant's value: fill the
history to exactly MAX_RECENT_DIRS, add one more, and assert the list
stays capped at MAX_RECENT_DIRS with the new entry first and the
previously-oldest entry dropped. Also drop the stale 'max 5' wording
from the module and store_recently_used_vehicle_dir docstrings.
