Pin the side-effects verdict for a keras model's implicitly-called `call`

`testModel2`'s `call` is reached only through `Model.__call__`, the edge
#291 reported as breaking side-effect inference. wala/ML#106's fix
(closed 2026-07-02) reaches the consumer case: the verdict is now
inferable and correctly `false`, since the body only invokes layers and
rebinds a local. The test previously asserted only the tensor parameter;
this pins the verdict so a regression of the implicit-call edge fails
loudly, and retires the "Ariadne doesn't support call" caveat from the
test's Javadoc.

Closes #291.
