Fix XML-RPC tests to pass whether Zope enables XML-RPC or not.

Explicitly set the value of `enable_xmlrpc` in each test where it matters.
The tests now pass whether you run them on Zope 6.1 or 6.2.

Summary: Plone must enable XML-RPC for its robot browser tests to pass, and that makes the PAS tests fail that I added yesterday.
