* build: refresh dependencies across workspace

Bump all root and docs dependencies to latest (typescript held back via
.ncuskip until svelte-check/svelte support TS 7). docs-kit moves to
2026.7.28, which regenerates demo-loaders with dependency expansion.

* chore(lint): lint tests and catch floating promises

Enable type-aware promise checks for source and tests, with focused test
relaxations for intentional any and non-null usage. Handle the virtual
scroll load callback promise surfaced by the new rule.

* feat(docs): adopt latest docs-kit features

- indexNowPlugin: submits sitemap URLs to IndexNow on deploy builds only
  (--mode indexnow via new build:indexnow script; key file in static/)
- exampleMirrorsPlugin: LLM-readable markdown mirrors of /examples pages
  at static/examples.md + static/examples/<slug>.md
- PagerV2: brutalist prev/next pager across all docs pages, ordered by
  the sidebar nav tree
- RootLayout replaces the hand-composed SEO/breadcrumb/motion shell in
  the root layout (identical SoftwareApplication JSON-LD, ~60 fewer lines)
- DocsLayoutV2 replaces the hand-composed docs shell (breadcrumbs,
  TechArticle + FAQPage JSON-LD, heading extraction now internal)
- createDocsKitHandle replaces createSecurityHeadersHandle, adding
  JSON-LD CSP hashing to pair with the hash-mode CSP
- editable-table example uses generated demoCodeSamples() dependency
  expansion instead of two manual demoCodeSample() calls
- EditableCell demo props widened to any-typed table generics; the newer
  svelte-check enforces DataColumn<T> invariance through createRender
