test(space): real-snapshot fixtures prove pr_ready migration idempotent & no-op [#2303] (#2362)

The #2303 "migrate old built_in pr_ready|pr_merged -> new preset form" migration
is a no-op. ADR #2 of epic #2299 keeps `built_in` as the named-preset form, and
the live prod daemon.db carries only `built_in:pr_ready` (which already resolves
via the #2302 registry) across all 28 persisted workflows — zero `pr_merged`.
So there is no persisted form to transform and no shim gap to fill (unregistered
ids already fail-closed at dispatch + admission).

This delivers the task's hard constraint — idempotent re-stamp proven against
REAL persisted-workflow snapshots, not synthetic ones. One anonymized snapshot
per built-in template is replayed through the load-time migration
(migrateWorkflowGateProgressionToHooks, which runs on every listWorkflowSummaries
with templateGates re-injected). The suite asserts input purity, byte-level
idempotency, that pr_ready rides through untouched, and deterministic
legacy-gate handling. A local-only extractor regenerates the snapshots from a
daemon.db.
