* chore(release): v2.7.2

* fix(build): keep CRLF when stamping the build date into the plugin header

The Build date sync matched the line tail as `.+$`. In PCRE `.` matches \r, so
on a CRLF file it swallowed the carriage return and wrote the line back LF-only,
leaving sentinel.php with a single mixed line ending. PHPCS reports that as a
warning, and now that the root plugin file is in the PSR-12 scan the gate fails
on it — running a build was enough to break CI on its own.

Matching `[^\r\n]*` instead is not sufficient by itself: in multiline mode `$`
anchors before \n and not before \r, so the CR has to be stepped over with a
lookahead or the pattern stops matching altogether and the date is silently
never stamped. The insert path now takes the file's own line ending as well,
rather than hardcoding a newline.

sentinel.php is repaired in the same commit, and a build now leaves it uniform.

Note for later: the readme.txt Build date and Stable tag syncs carry the same
`.+$` pattern in every plugin's build.php, and readme.txt files across the suite
have picked up one or two LF lines from it. Nothing scans readme.txt, so no gate
catches it; left alone here to keep the release commits to the release.
