chore: untrack src/.idea and fix the gitignore pattern that let it in (#52)

Nine PhpStorm config files were committed under src/.idea — the only .idea
files tracked anywhere in the suite.

The cause was one character of scope. .gitignore read `/.idea/`, which git
anchors to the repo root, and someone had opened src/ as a project rather
than the plugin root, so src/.idea/ was never matched. The seven individual
`.idea/<file>` lines that followed looked like they covered it, but they are
ignore rules and git does not ignore a file it is already tracking, so they
did nothing. `.idea/php.xml` also appeared three more times further down.

Replace the lot with an unrooted `.idea/`, which matches at any depth, and
untrack the nine files with `git rm --cached` so they stay on disk — they are
someone's live IDE settings, not build output.

No release: the production build already excluded .idea (verified — zero
.idea entries in confur-production-2.15.1.zip), so the shipped zip is
unchanged and there is nothing to ship.
